💳 Payments & Insurance Information
Instant Karma Massage Therapy is a fee-for-service clinic. I am considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. However, I’m happy to provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that includes all the necessary information for you to submit a self-claim to your insurance provider.
Surprisingly, going out-of-network can sometimes save you money. When using in-network benefits, your insurance company may control your care by:
•Limiting the number of sessions allowed
•Restricting which treatment codes can be billed
•Dictating which body parts can be treated
•Defining the treatment goals you’re allowed to pursue.
Choosing out-of-network care gives you more freedom, flexibility, and personalized attention—centered around your actual needs, not insurance limitations.
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards.
📅 No-Show & Cancellation Policy.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and emergencies do happen. In order to be fair to all clients and respectful of everyone’s time, we kindly ask that you follow the policies below:
⏰ 24-Hour Notice
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another client. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged the full cost of the missed session. Payment will be required before booking your next appointment.
🚫 No-Shows
If you forget your appointment or choose not to attend without notice, it will be considered a no-show. You will be charged the full session fee, which must be paid prior to your next appointment.
⏳ Late Arrivals
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
Please note: The full session fee still applies, regardless of how much time remains.Out of courtesy to your therapist and others, please plan to arrive on time.
